Last March I bought my Total Gym at Cotsco as birthday gift. I simply love it. I have problems working out the traditional way fue to hip and arthritis problems. Since I’ve seen the Total Gym ad on tv I knew it was the answer for my prayers. However, that was 3 years ago because your company do not sell this fabulous machine to Puerto Rico. So, when I saw Total Gym at my local Cotsco last January, I was very happy.

Gym closed during Covid. Searched for home gym. After much research and consideration, learned selected stationary home gym equipment could not be delivered or set up during Covid. Just as well, would have taken up much space. Long and behold, the Total Gym found, after reviews considered, found this item to be the perfect piece of gym equipment for our small apartment/home. Purchased in full amount and totally pleased. All we need to work every part of body, no assembly required and folds too! How sweet is this. Just wish it had wheels. Years ago we had a wonderful gym in our home but when we downsized we didn’t want to take up space until the pandemic was upon us. Now we’re not interested in a gym and the Total Gym Fit (TGF) seemed perfect and it is. Our Total Gym Fit was delivered and yes the set up was easy. My wife and I are seniors and we’ve found the TGF is perfect for us. The TGF comes with everything you need and doesn’t take up to much room. We strongly recommend the TGF.

I start with 60 minutes on the bike. Then I do a set of squats without weights, a set of “girls’ push-ups,” and then a set of abdominal crunches. Then I cycle through these until I get 4 sets.
After that I go to the Total Gym and finish out a “full body” workout.
After working out with the original Total Gym I realized how nice it is to workout at home. It saves time and hassle.
I’m 69 years old, so I don’t really need heavy weights and specialized equipment. I find the total gym allows me to get an excellent workout in the comfort of my own home.
After becoming acquainted with the Total Gym, I researched it online and learned they have new, upgraded models. After further study I decided the Fit would be an excellent choice for us and we ordered one.
I’m very impressed and happy with this model. You can watch good video reviews online to see just how sturdy, smooth, and easy it is to adjust from level to level.
Even though our original Total Gym works fine, the Fit model is a great improvement.
